We encourage PENS attendees to make their reservations early. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis while there is inventory available in our contracted block. Once the block is full, rooms and room rates are based on availability in the hotel.
Transportation Information
Parking
For Valet Parking, turn left down the ramp. For Self-Parking, drive straight up the ramp. If you choose self-parking, you may conveniently drop your bags with a Valet Parking Attendant prior to parking your car.
Airport
The Peabody Memphis is conveniently located just 15–20 minutes from Memphis International Airport (MEM), making travel to and from the hotel quick and easy. The airport is approximately 8–12 miles away, depending on the route taken.
