We encourage PENS attendees to make their reservations early. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis while there is inventory available in our contracted block. Once the block is full, rooms and room rates are based on availability in the hotel.
Please note if your conference registration is submitted after March 25, 2024 this does not guarantee the group rate at the hotel. To ensure you receive the group rate, please turn in your registration before March 25, 2024.

Drury Hotels’ historic renovation of the 1907 St. Louis Railroad YMCA building preserved original features like leaded glass windows, oak paneling and marble stairs. The original floor plan included large spaces for recreation, personal services and meeting areas as well as upper level guest rooms. The layout was converted into a Drury Inn & Suites in 1986. The hotel is walking distance from CITYPARK, St. Louis Union Station, and Enterprise Center.

Delta Air Lines is offering special discounted* airfares for PENS Meeting attendees flying into St. Louis International Airport (STL). Discounts vary, depending on the class of ticket purchased, up to 10% off the fare for both domestic and international travel.

- Flight is discount eligible if “Event Code Applied” is displayed with fare on the search results page
