How Do I Join PENS?

Join online by clicking on JOIN PENS on the PENS homepage or by clicking here. In order to join you must create a new account and follow the steps on the website under the Membership Info tab.

How Do I Log Onto The Members Only Section of the Website?

Use your PENS membership ID number and password, the password is PENS12. Contact us if you need your membership number.

How do I Renew My Membership?

Log in to the Members Only section (see above). Once logged in, click the Member Services tab. Click the Billing tab. If you owe membership dues, your balance will appear and you can add your dues to your basket and check out with your payment information.

How Do I Recover My Username Or Password?

If you do not know your membership ID number, please contact the Executive Office. We will send your ID to you via email.

How Do I Access The Member Directory?

To access the Member Directory, you must first log into the Members Only section of the Website (See above).

Click on Member Services, then Directory. You can search by name, city or state.

How Do I Edit My Information in the Member Directory?

When logged in to the Members Only section (see above), click on Member Services, then click My Account and update your personal or address information.
